National Vision is seeking a results-driven, strategic, and innovative Director of Media to lead our media strategy. This critical leadership role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media plans across both traditional channels (TV, radio, print, out-of-home) as well as emerging media channels (paid search, paid social, and affiliate), ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. The Director of Media will manage a performance marketing manager, who oversees paid search, paid social media, and affiliate network strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning and buying, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
