About The Position

The Media Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and operational management of traditional and digital paid media campaigns across multiple channels for a portfolio of clients. This role ensures campaigns are launched accurately, monitored effectively, and delivered on schedule while developing foundational expertise in media planning, buying, and performance analysis under the guidance of Media Buyers and senior team members. The Media Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining campaign organization, communication, and accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment supporting multiple client initiatives. This position is ideal for someone interested in building a career in media strategy, marketing, and campaign management while developing skills in emerging tools and technologies that support modern marketing practices, including AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Relevant coursework, internships, certifications, or practical experience in marketing, advertising, or media may be considered in lieu of direct experience.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, media, or a related field. Internship experience is welcomed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Strong listening skills and ability to accurately capture and communicate important campaign details
  • Responsive, collaborative, and respectful team presence
  • Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a dynamic agency environment

Responsibilities

  • Support campaign execution and coordination by managing campaign timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain media campaign operations by coordinating media orders, managing the trafficking of creative assets, and supporting communication with media vendors to ensure campaign specifications and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery across media channels and assist in organizing performance data and reports that inform campaign insights and client updates.
  • Support campaign administration and financial accuracy by assisting with invoice preparation, reconciliation, and documentation related to campaign spending.
  • Assist with digital campaign implementation across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic buying platforms while developing hands-on platform knowledge.
  • Contribute to media research and planning support by gathering information on markets, audiences, and media opportunities that help inform campaign recommendations.
  • Participate in team collaboration and professional development opportunities that build expertise in media planning, buying, and campaign management.
  • Support additional team and client initiatives as needed to ensure the successful execution of media campaigns.
