About The Position
Serv, a global executive recruitment partner, is hiring on behalf of our client TakeProfitTrader for a Search Media Buyer focused on Google and Microsoft Ads. TakeProfitTrader is a fast-growing proprietary trading firm operating in the financial education space. The organization is analytical, performance-driven, and focused on disciplined growth. You will be working inside a fast-paced acquisition team that values speed, accountability, and high standards, with exposure to real performance decision-making and hands-on coaching. This role is designed for someone who wants to accelerate their development and become a high-level search operator within 12 to 18 months.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Search and Performance Max
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing a full-funnel Google Ads account is a plus
- Is coachable and has the ability to receive direct feedback, apply it quickly, and improve
- Has execution accuracy and attention to detail
- Has clear, structured communication
- Has a proactive mindset and ownership of process quality

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and optimizing Google and Bing campaigns
- Support campaign launches and structural updates
- Conduct search term and keyword analysis
- Monitor daily performance and surface anomalies
- Maintain reporting dashboards and tracking systems
- Provide clear, organized written performance updates
