As the Media Buyer – Paid Social, you will help drive the execution and ongoing optimization of Noodles & Company’s paid social activations, ensuring campaigns are performing effectively and aligned with business objectives. You’ll support paid social planning, campaign development, testing, and optimization across key platforms, while partnering closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver measurable results. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of paid social management experience, including execution, planning, and strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience supporting or managing campaigns within annual budgets ranging from $1–3 million.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Power BI or other data visualization platforms.
  • Working knowledge of modern media measurement methodologies, including MMM and MTA.
  • Foundational understanding of organic social and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
  • Awareness of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for media strategy.
  • Proven ability to act as a change agent, introducing new processes, technologies, or strategies to drive results.
  • This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.

  • Experience managing both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and brand campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business briefs and marketing priorities into live paid social campaigns, supporting execution from setup through launch across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and others.
  • Manage day-to-day hands-on campaign operations, including builds, creative trafficking, budget flighting, tracking, QA, and platform troubleshooting to ensure accurate and timely launches.
  • Monitor performance in real time and assist with in-flight optimizations to improve key KPIs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Brand, Organic Social, Influencer, and agency teams to ensure assets align with brand standards, platform best practices, and campaign objectives.
  • Leverage audience insights, behavioral data, and customer segmentation to power prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies, in collaboration with Analytics and MarTech teams.
  • Deliver clear performance reporting and insights, translating data into actionable recommendations that improve current and future campaigns.
  • Act as the paid social subject matter expert, advocating for channel best practices and advising stakeholders on strategy, testing, and optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to the culture of testing and learning, leading experiments across creative, audiences, formats, and platforms, including new betas and emerging media opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with platform partners (e.g., Meta, TikTok) to stay ahead of product updates and unlock incremental value.
  • Ensure campaigns meet data privacy and compliance standards, partnering with Legal and IT as needed.
