About The Position

Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across both search and social channels for North American markets, ensuring alignment with e-commerce business objectives. Execute and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and Tiktok Focus on achieving key performance goals, especially CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), Leads, Video Views, etc to drive efficient customer acquisition and conversion. Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continually improve performance. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize budgets, bids, and targeting. Based in the Pacific Time Zone to align with team schedule and collaboration

Requirements

  • Paid Search & Paid Social Expertise: Proven experience executing and managing paid campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • E-commerce Experience: Strong background in running paid media campaigns for e-commerce businesses, with a focus on driving conversions.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to track, analyze, and optimize based on key metrics such as CPA, CTR, and ROAS, and familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Tableau.
  • Goal-oriented: Focused on achieving performance targets and maximizing ROI.
  • Proactive Optimizer: Skilled at identifying opportunities for improving performance through creative testing, budget reallocation, and strategy adjustments.
  • Time Zone: Based in Pacific Time Zone hours for seamless team collaboration. Open to meet over Zoom, as needed M-F.
