Prudential is seeking a highly organized and proactive Media and Sponsorship Activation Coordinator to support the execution and implementation of paid media campaigns and sponsorship programs. This role is a key connector across internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors ensuring seamless activation, strong communication and well-organized workflows. The ideal candidate excels in relationship management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong attention to detail to every step of campaign and sponsorship delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing , advertising, communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in media planning/execution, sponsorship activation, or related marketing role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of media buying and reporting systems (Prisma, MediaOcean)
  • Experience with budget management, financial reconciliation, and forecasting
  • Experience with contracts and procurement processes
  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms and trafficking processes
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Solutions-oriented, proactive mindset

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-channel media planning and buying across social, TV, programmatic, digital, custom content partnerships
  • Meet regularly with agency and media partners to gather updated media kits, partner information and category insights that inform strategic recommendations
  • Assist in crafting RFPs, gathering and evaluating partner submissions against campaign objectives
  • Manage and monitor active social and digital campaigns – including pacing, delivery, performance and reporting needs
  • Maintain and update media flowcharts, campaign documents, timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate campaign setup requirements, trafficking inputs and QA checkpoints to support smooth launches
  • Monitor and summarize key industry, category, and competitive trends and insights relevant to the brand
  • Become the team’s subject matter expert for the Ticket Manager platform and be key support for execution of ticket distribution and usage tracking
  • Assist in developing integrated event decks, activation briefs and creative deliverable grids (strong presentation creation skills is a major plus)
  • Support Director and Managers with planning and on-the-ground execution of partner-related events, VIP experiences, internal special events and large-scale activations
  • Manage team activation inventory and coordinate, order and fulfill all event premiums, uniforms and supplies
  • Interface with external agencies and work closely with project manager to maintain weekly status reports and communicate recaps following internal and external partner meetings
  • Manage and coordinate photo activation needs (i.e. Tagkast) for events and sponsorship experiences
  • Assist in developing hospitality materials (i.e. “Know Before You Go” guides)
  • Assist with monthly reconciliation processes and help address billing discrepancies as needed
  • Support monthly finance processes, forecasting inputs, and budget monitoring in partnership with Media and Sponsorships Operations
  • Aid in organizing documentation, timelines, deliverables and communication workflows to keep teams aligned and activations on track
  • Support efforts to streamline processes and improve cross-team coordination
