About The Position

Primary Functions: Maintenance and Repair of Mechanical Systems for Credit Union Facilities Duties and Responsibilities: Inspect and maintain credit union facilities. Prepare facility inspection and condition reports as required. Establish and implement a Preventive Maintenance program. Perform maintenance and repairs as necessary on credit union facilities to ensure they are maintained in a manner that is consistent with member and management expectations. Coordinate, schedule and execute maintenance and repair activities in a timely and efficient manner. Act as project lead or assist with moves, remodels new locations and reconfigurations to include planning, determining and acquiring needed assets to execute and report on assigned projects. Maintain logs in Maximo of maintenance activity on all mechanical, controls and electrical systems to ensure code compliance. Maintain advanced knowledge of building mechanical and control systems. Perform janitorial duties as required and monitor custodial and maintenance services. Maintain minimal repair parts inventory necessary to complete common recurring maintenance tasks. Track all maintenance through Maximo. Participate in the construction, installation or modification of mechanical, controls and electrical systems as required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Seven years relevant experience in facilities mechanical systems.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of building systems, able to work independently and to communicate with and relate to people.
  • Basic typing skills and general computer experience is required.
  • This position requires a valid driver's license, acceptable and insurable driving record, pre-employment physical, pre-employment and random drug testing.
  • In addition, must be able to lift 80 pounds.
