About The Position

Tiger Star Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent with a valid Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor License to support a large-scale industrial construction project related to a copper manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with industrial mechanical systems, including HVAC, cooling water systems, gas systems, and process piping, and will be responsible for supervising installation activities and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and permit requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor License (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical construction experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling water systems, gas systems, and process piping
• Experience in industrial or commercial construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and mechanical plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience on large-scale industrial or construction projects
• Familiarity with process piping or facility systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, cooling water, gas systems, and process piping
• Pull mechanical permits and ensure full compliance with Texas codes and regulations
• Coordinate with plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC, and other mechanical trades
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and mechanical designs
• Monitor job site activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Support planning and execution of industrial mechanical installations
