▪️ Maximize dispatch board efficiency through effective scheduling and ongoing monitoring of the board ▪️ Follow through on parts ordered, return visits, and any other loose ends from prior days' jobs from technicians ▪️ Coordinating technician on-call schedules ▪️ Notifying customers of technician expected arrival time & following up if there are any unexpected delays ▪️ Answering incoming calls, when needed, as a back-up to customer service representatives ▪️ Communicate throughout each day with customer service representatives and other dispatchers to ensure consistency and efficiency in interactions with customers
