About The Position

Wright Mechanical Service provides professional Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical services to residential and commercial customers. We pride ourselves on fast response times, skilled technicians, and doing the job right the first time.
Our Dispatcher is the heartbeat of our operation.
The Service Dispatcher coordinates daily service calls for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical technicians. You will schedule jobs, prioritize emergency calls, communicate with customers, and keep field operations running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dispatching or customer service experience
• Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or mechanical services preferred
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or mechanical services preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on trade and availability
• Prioritize urgent calls (no heat, burst pipes, power outages, etc.)
• Communicate with customers and provide appointment updates
• Create and manage work orders in our dispatch system
• Support technicians throughout the workday
