Mechanical Service Sales – Orange, CA This is a full-time, permanent position with a great salary, benefits and career-growth opportunities at a growing mechanical contractor. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships to ensure services being provided are meeting and exceeding their expectations. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Ability to develop relationships with new clients and offer all services with the intent emphasis on selling and renewing HVAC preventive maintenance contracts to expand client base. Estimate and generate service and preventive maintenance proposals. Provide constructive input at team meetings. Track sales and review with service manager. Requirements: Reliable and organized. 5+ years of HVAC experience. Knowledge in current HVAC products/services and plumbing trades. Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, word, PowerPoint CRM software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
