Requirements

Current valid driver's license
Able to follow directions and learn quickly
Comfortable communicating with both field and office staff
Able to multi-task and work efficiently
Self-motivated, punctual, and eager to contribute

Responsibilities

Cut and prepare insulation materials using hand tools like knives, saws, scissors, and tape measures.
Fit insulation around pipes, ducts, and other mechanical systems—even around tricky obstructions.
Install, remove, and repair insulation to support temperature control and noise reduction in commercial spaces.
Follow safety protocols and help maintain a safe work environment by supporting our strong safety culture.
