About The Position

Join Torch Technologies, a forefront innovator in advanced technology solutions, as a Mechanical Engineering Intern for 2026. This internship is an excellent opportunity for Mechanical Engineering students who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in areas such as Facility design/development and Mechanical/Electrical components installation. Interns will work under the mentorship of experienced professionals and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technological solutions supporting government and defense customers. During this internship, you will have the opportunity to: Gain hands-on experience in facility design and development, as well as mechanical and electrical equipment installation and integration within the facility.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• U.S. Citizen
• At least 18 years old
• Actively enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited educational institution
• In good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the internship

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical tasks related to facility construction/modification and equipment installation and integration.
