Requirements

Educational Background: Candidates currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program at a junior level and above are welcome to apply.
Passion for Engineering: Strong interest in engineering and a desire to build a successful career in the field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using engineering tools and software, such as MS Office, Excel, Word.
Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically to overcome engineering challenges.
Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

Project Support: Assist our engineering teams in various phases of project development, from concept design to implementation and testing.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, vendor information, calculations, and progress reports.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including drafting, design, and structural engineering, to ensure seamless project execution.
Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas and insights to enhance existing products or develop new solutions to address engineering challenges.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in engineering to support the team's innovation efforts.
Health and Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while working in the office or on-site.
