Provide multidisciplinary engineering support during the facility’s construction and early operations phases. Design and oversee installation of HVAC, fluid transfer systems, fuel cell cooling modules, and compressed air infrastructure. Support layout optimization and ergonomic design of production lines. Provide engineering support for fuel cell system layout, mechanical packaging, and cooling integration for vehicle platforms. Work with global Toyota teams to implement the latest FCV design principles and manufacturing best practices. Review and support implementation of power distribution, drive systems, and basic control panel layouts. Assist in integrating automation and robotics with mechanical systems and equipment. Perform and review CAE simulations (thermal, structural, dynamic) related to battery modules and fuel cell components. Conduct fatigue analysis and dynamics modeling to validate system integrity under real-world load conditions. Develop and maintain engineering documentation including equipment specs, 2D/3D drawings, CAE models, and installation protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Automobile Engineering with six (6) months experience.
  • US Persons (citizens or permanent residents)
