Responsibilities

  • Define resources and necessary means to ensure the successful development of engineering projects linked to your business & technical activities.
  • Participating to the recruitment process with the support of recruiters and the International Department based in France: sourcing, job ad creation and posting, headhunting.
  • Selecting & recruiting the talents, engineers, who will join your team: technical interview.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by prospecting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals for high technical value consultancy activities with our customers by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
