What a day in the life of a Mechanical Engineer Level 1 at REV looks like: Interface with all areas of the Spartan Emergency Response team to determine product needs & specifications. Design, creation and management of models, drawings, bills of material and other pertinent engineering data. Evaluate, test and specify materials for cost reduction, quality improvement and/or new product introduction. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, this design engineer will produce designs that meet cost, quality, reliability, performance, and serviceability targets. Provide manufacturing process support. Provide engineering analysis for product applications. Evaluate current designs for product and cost improvement opportunities. Incorporation of engineering design changes into the manufacturing process.
