About The Position

Jasper Electric Motors is looking for a Motor Mechanic to join our team. You will be responsible for repairing and troubleshooting various types of motors.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience required
Knowledge of shop equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven and good communication skills
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens.

Responsibilities

Repair large & small dc motors
Perform routine tests on the armature & field circuits
Use diagnostic tools to test various components
Preform various mechanical checks
Live run test motor
Perform quality inspection before returning to customer.
