The Meat Manager trainee reports to the Meat Manager and has direct responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Meat and Seafood Department at their location(s). This person's primary duties include: Meat Managers should demonstrate proficiency in all phases of supermarket management including; organization, merchandising, customer relations, staffing, training, employee relations, labor scheduling, cleanliness, food safety, inventory control, rotation, and related functions as required or assigned.
