We are hiring an Administrative Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours, a drive to excel in fast-paced environments. Post-offer background check & drug screen are required, and 3+ years’ warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Inbound freight and process documentation and inspections
  • Demonstrates a strong teamwork mindset with the ability to effectively lead and direct unloaders in their daily tasks
  • Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams regarding paperwork and delivery issues
  • Print, review, and distribute labels and receiving paperwork as required
  • Ensure timely completion of all system transactions to support inventory accuracy
  • Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for inbound documentation
  • Follow SOPs, compliance requirements, and internal controls related to inventory and data integrity
  • Identify process gaps or data issues and escalate trends to leadership
  • Provide administrative support to the receiving and inventory teams as needed
  • Effectively communicate with associates and display collaboration in completing task assignments
  • Complete tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners
  • Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
  • Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
