MCE Forecasting and Demand Manager (Onsite)

Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aircraft engines and auxiliary power systems for over 100 years, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven forecaster for its Commercial Engines new materials team. This role will lead and support key SIOP initiatives for the V2500 PWAEI team, managing and streamlining demand-related activities for V2500 parts. The position involves utilizing various tools for business health reporting and enhancing process maturity and efficiency. Strong forecasting and MRP knowledge, along with excellent organizational skills, are essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years’ experience in Forecasting, Demand Planning, Materials Management or related field or an Advanced Degree and 5 years’ experience
- Experience using SAP P10 and P90, SAP ODM tables, and Power BI

Responsibilities
- Responsible for forecast updates and safety stock target adjustments approximately twice per year.
- Submit monthly SIOP presentations to communicate forecast and MRP changes, as well as inventory projections.
- Support supplier-facing teams through completion of early warning process and additional data requests.
- Maintain and improve current reporting to enhance team productivity and information sharing.
- Utilize CORE tools to drive improvements in forecast accuracy and lead CORE engagements to improve process maturity.
- Responsible for MRP scheduling and optimization in SW03 and RR03, balancing customer need and financial inventory targets.
