In support of the P&W Commercial Engine Programs Aftermarket Team, a Component Aftermarket Integrated Product Team (CAIPT) Deputy works together with the CAIPT Leader to drive Aftermarket activity focusing on reducing cost, improving time on wing and improving turn-around time (TAT) in the overhaul repair shops for our managed commercial engine fleets. Specifically, this job supports Mature Commercial Engines Aftermarket activity for the PW4000, PW2000, and F117 programs. The CAIPT Deputy is an Aftermarket Sustainment Engineering (ASE) employee, working collaboratively with the Mature Engine CIPT leadership teams driving execution of Aftermarket support strategies. This position will provide direct support within the CIPT for all Aftermarket aspects, including preserving MRO Shop Visit Financial Plan, Overhaul Planning, Spares Planning, Customer Engine MRO Supportability, Safety Risk Assessments, Engine Manual Enhancements, and Aftermarket Cost.
