About The Position

This position, MB Utility Tech, reports directly to the Line 1 Supervisor. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, along with working knowledge of all department areas, communication skills for material issuance, and math and computer skills for inventory calculation. The successful applicant will be evaluated during their first 5 days in the new position. MasterBrand has been shaping places for nearly 70 years, enriching lives and creating memories. Requirements

• Be able to plan to prevent part shortages.
• Must have working Knowledge of all areas within the department.
• Communication skills necessary to accurately issue materials to recipients.
• Math & computer skills to calculate inventory.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Validate all SOS are signed off.
• Ensure and validate receivers.
• Participate in Physical inventory
• Manage accuracy of 3PL
• Perform safety audits.
• Leads area to achieve production goals.
• Responsible for security of area and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Work overtime and weekends.
• Train new team members
• Motivate employees to perform their best.
• Assist the lead in the department and may fill in for him/her if absent
• Assist the materials coordinator and may fill in for him/her if absent
• Other duties as assigned.
