Requirements
- Forklift experience
- Auto Scrubber experience
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with appropriate staff
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
- Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and move goods around warehouses and other industrial sites
- Operate the Riding Auto Scrubber to clean the floors and surface areas
- Ensure aisles remain clear by cleaning and sweeping the floor and removing empty pallets, loose cardboard boxes, and various types of debris
- Empty waste and recycled bins
- Assist with production line as needed
- Assist with janitorial cleaning responsibilities such as but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Loading and unloading materials from various vehicles
- Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Following written instructions and keeping records
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
