Jerry Seiner Las Vegas Mazda is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to support the General Sales Manager and lead a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, performance management, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive sales management experience
• Proven leadership and coaching ability
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Results-driven with experience improving sales performance
• Valid driver's license and professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and lead a team of automotive sales consultants
• Set and achieve sales volume and gross profit goals
• Work the sales desk: desking, coaching, closing, and save-a-deal meetings
• Conduct weekly sales training and regular one-on-one coaching
• Monitor daily performance, payroll, and productivity metrics
• Improve customer satisfaction (PDS / Top Box scores)
• Collaborate with F&I, Used Vehicle, and Inventory teams
• Ensure CRM (Elead) accuracy and compliance with dealership policies
• Support inventory management, prospecting programs, and promotions
