About The Position

South Portland/ Brunswick Campus FALL 2026 SEMESTER RUNS 8/31/2026 – 12/19/2026 Course Description: Courses include Pathways to College Mathematics, Quantitative Reasoning, Technical Mathematics, and College Algebra. For more information, including course descriptions, go to Apply Here Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field. These classes are to be taught in person and may be at the South Portland or Brunswick campus. SMCC uses Brightspace as its learning management system. Some of our courses use Pearson’s MyMathLab (MML) as a learning tool. Familiarity with Brightspace and MML is desirable. Days/Times: Courses meet at a variety of times. All available classes are in-person or Zoom classes, so we are not seeking asynchronous, remote instructors.
