Materials Tech – All Levels: represents an entry level position through an advanced level. The Materials Tech will continue to develop technical skills in their assigned areas, further their growth as team contributors, and begin using their experience and technical abilities to demonstrate leadership characteristics. The position requires hands-on experience and growing proficiency of EXALTA's most complicated processes. This position is critical in helping Resolve Surgical Technologies maximize the number of patients served while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-year equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2+ years of equivalent work experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience of equivalent work experience preferred
  • Computer skills (Standard Works, following SOP’s, navigating One Drive/SharePoint, Propel)
  • Basic to Advanced inspection techniques
  • Basic to Advanced SAP knowledge/fundamentals
  • Equipment selection and maintenance knowledge
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Receive deliveries into the facility
  • Issue/return raw materials to fill production orders
  • Transport materials throughout the plant to support manufacturing
  • Utilize SAP for tasks including but not limited to: Ship orders to customers according to their guidelines Receive deliveries into the facility Process lower level components in need of processing from outside vendors Process inventory adjustments and requisitions in SAP and associated forms Process purchase requisitions Pull shop orders and stage raw materials in final locations
  • Assist with coordinating and conducting training where applicable and needed
  • Provide guidance to level 1 & 2 Materials Techs
  • Prepare purchase orders including product prints, and PESs sending copies of each to contractors after reviewing purchase order accuracy
  • Fulfill Inventory Requisition and Adjustment Forms as needed or assigned
  • Prepares items, schedules, verifies, and maintains records of incoming and outgoing freight shipments as assigned
  • Act as a delegate for the manager in their absence, if assigned
