Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in shipping functions, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Customer focused both internal and externally
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Cross boundary collaborative

  • Highly organized

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in International shipping requirements

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and ship products by customer and carrier
  • Ensure that bills of lading are properly generated
  • Label all products as required
  • Properly handle all system transactions associated with shipments
  • Position should have experience in coordination of all international shipping documentation, particularly USMCA
  • Tracking inbound and outbound freight costs
  • Ensure use of preferred carriers
