GE Aerospace Research is looking for an innovative intern to help shape the Future of Flight in our Materials & Process Modeling technical organization. As a member of the project team, you bring expertise and experience in modeling and simulation of Materials and Manufacturing Processes, and programming skills in Python and C++. The scope of the work will be around thermal and mechanical modeling of metal processing, including welding, joining and metal additive manufacturing, using in-house developed codes in conjunction with commercial software platforms, such as NX, ANSYS, Abaqus, and/or Simufact.
