About The Position

Overview The Strider is responsible for the upkeep of the Two bin system. Through strict adherence to the BlueBin daily management system (DMS), the Strider ensures that the Two bin program functions efficiently by upholding standards, performing stocking of the Two bin on nodes, and addressing customer needs in a timely and precise manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/certificate of completion or GED required.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds and the ability to use effective interpersonal and teamwork skills when working with a variety if people and situations.
• Must be able to organize work load, accomplish goals and objectives, and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to establish priorities, required and follow up in problem solving.
• Must have quality orientation and be attentive to detail.
• Good written communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment

Nice To Haves

• Some college preferred.
• Previous experience in supply chain operations preferred.
• Health care experience preferred.
• Material handling equipment experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
