Materials Handler II (Inventory)

This position is in the Inventory area of the Materials Management Team. You will be working to stock material, kit material, and pick material for Fulfillment operations to the customer. Requirements
- Follow all written and verbal instructions
- Read, Write, and Speak English
- High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
- Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions, SOP’s, etc.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity
- Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Accomplish other duties as required to include cross training
- Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain a clean work area
- Responsible for pulling the correct material for each order and accurately consuming the material in the system
- Responsible for inventory accuracy
- Assist in the development of procedural improvements designed to increase efficiency, costs, safety, and morale
- Understand the Picking process including paperwork and RF Scanners & Printers
- Prioritize orders as instructed
- Follow FIFO (First In/First Out) process
- Replenish items to maintain inventory
- Verify printed patient copy contains all required information
- Troubleshoot pick tickets
- Cycle Counts in assigned area
- Review the custom order form including any change orders
- Enter information into Microsoft Excel
