About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for staging materials for press and finishing operations, receiving and organizing inventory, and ensuring smooth material flow throughout the facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience.
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire).
- Ability to lift to 100 lbs (with assistance for heavier loads).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Stage roll stock, cores, and boxes for production.
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, and reach truck safely.
- Receive, confirm, and put away deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform physical counts.
- Assist production staff with immediate material needs.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Cross-train in other warehouse/shipping functions.
