DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities Receive, verify, and process incoming materials and shipments. Accurately detail and maintain inventory levels. Ensure flawless organization and storage of materials in the warehouse. Prepare materials for shipment, adhering strictly to safety and quality standards. Operate material handling equipment efficiently and safely. Working knowledge of FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping applications Collaborate with team members to determine and successfully implement process improvements. Position includes product assembly responsibilities [25% of time] which includes kit assembly and kit demand generation calculations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months minimum experience in shipping and receiving required.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Should possess a keen eye for detail and meet deadlines
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and vendors.
• The employee will be required to stand and/or walk up to 7 hours a day and/or sit for up to 5 hours a day; use hands to handle or feel objects to pack shipments and use keyboard for entering orders
• Employee will be exposed to cold temperatures while checking and stocking products in the Cold Room/Refrigerator

Benefits

• The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $21.76–$27.51.
• This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
