Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Entry level position, ideally but not required, 1 year in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to use a computer using various office tools.
  • Ability to perform basic math skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize duties
  • Possess social and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, climb, stoop, kneel & crouch.
  • The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift and / or move up to 60 lbs with assistance.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical device experience preferred
  • Experience with using an MRP system such as SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Lean Manufacturing experience a plus
  • Knowledge of KanBan material flow. Experience preferred
  • Knowledge of environmentally controlled areas / clean room access protocols. Experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare material for use in Clean Room environment- including parts cleaning, labeling, etc.
  • Perform all activities associated with the posting and completion of manual/electronic records
  • Handle all activities associated with maintenance of actual inventory balances
  • Perform activities in line with ensuring compliant material moves between departments
  • Perform daily cycle counts
  • Material distribution and issuance
  • Kitting material to production work orders
  • Organization of stockroom and PTO material and process

  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
  • Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
  • Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
  • Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
  • Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
  • Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
