About The Position

We are Trumbull Overhaul & Repair At Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company, we are at the forefront of designing and manufacturing advanced helicopters for commercial and foreign military missions. At the Trumbull Overhaul & Repair facility we perform a variety of overhaul and repairs on Sikorsky commercial and Foreign Military Main Gear Boxes and other components of the aircraft. We are responsible for delivering kit material and parts to the shop floor for the Operations team to build. Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack. Receive material from outside services and other Sikorsky facilities. Build Main Gear Box hardware kits. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to multi-task and process a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse experience and willing to teach
Requires a well-rounded knowledge of material control functions, covering both shop and warehouse activities in receiving, storing, expediting and issuing parts and materials.
Equivalent Experience/Combined education Previous work experience in Materials Handling and Planning.
SAP experience a plus
Fork lift experience
