About The Position

General Summary: Performs essential warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Responsibilities include inventory management, order fulfillment, material handling equipment operation, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment in accordance with company standards and procedures Essential Job Functions: Order Fulfillment & Packaging Picks stock from inventory locations accurately according to order specifications and pick lists Packages products securely using appropriate materials and methods Inspects packages for quality and completeness before shipment Applies proper routing information and shipping labels to all outbound packages Completes carrier-supplied documentation accurately for all shipments Inventory Management Performs cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracy Conducts stock replenishment by moving products to pick locations Maintains proper storage organization to optimize warehouse efficiency Reports inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisor Warehouse Operations & Safety Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations Maintains work area in a clean, organized, and hazard-free condition Follows all safety procedures and protocols to prevent workplace injuries Adheres to written and oral instructions regarding daily tasks and job assignments Supplemental Job Functions: Participates in cross-functional training within the warehouse to develop versatile skills Assists with corporate on-boarding and orientation programs as required Performs other duties as assigned or requested to support warehouse operations Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: High School diploma or GED Previous work experience Previous experience working on a computer Who You Are: You show up ready to work and take ownership of your responsibilities. Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Previous work experience

Responsibilities
