Material Coordinator - JLL What this job involves The Material Coordinator will perform all activities related to shipping/receiving, storing, delivering, transferring, reconciling, and cycle counting materials per cGMP procedures and regulations, within multiple systems and/or between multiple sites. What your day-to-day will look like: Execute critical warehouse operations related to shipping/receiving, storing, delivering, transferring, reconciling, and cycle counting materials per cGMP procedures and regulations, within multiple systems and/or between multiple sites. Use Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) to move warehouse materials. Operate trucks (flat bed or panel) to move warehouse materials, hazardous materials or general receiving goods following Department of Transportation regulations. Practice a positive, constructive & ambitious work environment. Contribute to a safe workplace culture, ensuring safety & environmental requirements are met. Ensure that materials are received, stored, and distributed according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other applicable regulations and specifications. Ensure GMP activities follow approved GMP procedures and are documented according to cGMP and/or GDP requirements. Will also execute these GMP tasks as needed. Responsible for reporting risks/events to ensure the safety, purity, quality, and effectiveness of the product(s) manufactured are not impacted. Ensure that all required training is completed prior to performing assigned GMP activities. Participate in activities that ensure all areas are prepared for regulatory audits and inspections. Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, programs, and projects.
