This position is responsible for building, maintaining, and reporting on an integrated portfolio-level resource and cost loaded schedule/s for the Orion Concrete Construction segment submitting cost recourses loading schedules in our InEight software. The incumbent will work closely with executive management in determining the most optimum method to support this endeavor, specifically for the Orion Concrete Construction project portfolio. The role includes providing valuable insight and analysis on status of resources and equipment and how they are allocated on projects within the division. In addition, the incumbent will work closely with the Project Management Teams supporting the building, maintaining, and reporting of project schedules for the Orion Concrete segment. The role requires supporting the Project Management Teams in establishing and adhering to project execution "best practice." The incumbent will work closely with executive management, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Estimating, Finance and other project team members to ensure successful project execution, cost control, on time delivery, and risk mitigation. The incumbent must support the guiding beliefs and core values of Orion, which are centered on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Teamwork most importantly, with each built upon the all-important foundation of Integrity.
