Requirements

Mercedes-Benz Master Technician or equivalent senior diagnostic experience required
Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

OEM and/or ASE certifications preferred

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
Accurately diagnose electrical, drivability, and complex mechanical concerns
Complete repairs in accordance with Mercedes-Benz factory standards
Document all work performed clearly and accurately on repair orders
Road test vehicles to ensure quality and safety of repairs
Assist and mentor junior technicians as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
Follow all dealership safety procedures and policies

Benefits

Flat Rate Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per flat rate hour
$100,000+ annual earning potential for productive technicians in our high-volume service department
$5,000 sign-on bonus for accredited Mercedes-Benz Master Technicians
