We are seeking a dedicated Master Certified Service Technician to join our San Bruno team. This role involves diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles according to established standards, as well as conducting pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles. You will work in a fast-paced, professional environment while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
- Extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge of automotive systems
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional, dependable, and customer service oriented
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and documentation
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Positive attitude and ability to work productively in a team environment

Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testing methods
- Maintain the highest level of technical training and industry certifications
- Perform service and repairs while ensuring vehicle cleanliness
- Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulations and company standards
- Assist in maintaining shop safety, appearance, and efficient operations including inventory management
- Follow all safety, environmental, and shop policies
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
