About The Position

We are seeking a Master Certified Service Technician to service and repair vehicles in compliance with established standards and procedures. This role may also include conducting pre-delivery inspections of new vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will be part of a fast-paced team delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer trust.

Requirements

Master certification with dealer-level or large facility experience
Extensive automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge
High school diploma or GED
Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
Strong professionalism and dependability
Commitment to safety and excellent customer service
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as necessary

Responsibilities

Diagnose vehicle issues through experience, analysis, and testing
Perform routine and complex repairs and service inspections independently
Maintain the highest level of technical training and certification
Keep vehicles clean during service and repairs
Complete all required documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
Support shop organization and safety standards, including inventory management and general upkeep
Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and operational goals
