We are seeking a Master Certified Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles to meet manufacturer standards, performing pre-delivery inspections, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have dealer-level or large facility experience and a strong commitment to quality and professionalism.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
Master Certified Technician with comprehensive mechanical and electrical knowledge
Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and internet skills
Physical ability to perform job tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting
Safety-conscious and dependable

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using expertise and testing tools
Maintain highest level of automotive training and certifications
Ensure cleanliness of vehicles during service and repairs
Complete required documentation accurately and comply with regulations
Support shop appearance, safety standards, and efficient operations including inventory tasks
Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
