This role will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for MarTech capabilities that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while operating within a highly regulated financial services environment. You will partner closely with Marketing, Technology, Data, and Business stakeholders to modernize digital marketing capabilities and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on MarTech or digital marketing platforms
  • Strong knowledge of the Insurance or Financial Services domain
  • Hands‑on experience with MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar
  • Experience working with CRM, campaign management, analytics, and personalization technologies
  • Ability to bridge business, marketing, and technology teams with clear communication and leadership
  • Experience operating in Agile / Scrum product delivery environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and measuring product KPIs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CDP, data integration, or customer analytics platforms
  • Exposure to agent-based or omnichannel insurance models
  • Prior experience driving digital transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the MarTech product roadmap, aligning business goals, customer journeys, and platform capabilities
  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and optimization
  • Partner with marketing, CRM, data, and engineering teams to deliver integrated MarTech solutions
  • Lead integration and optimization of platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CDP, and personalization tools
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into clear product requirements and technical user stories
  • Analyze customer data, campaign performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and experience improvement
  • Ensure solutions meet insurance regulatory, compliance, and data privacy requirements
  • Define KPIs, track product performance, and continuously optimize based on ROI and customer impact
