Role Overview This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role responsible for personally acquiring, onboarding, and growing high-priority customers on Fanatics Markets. You will act as both the first point of contact and the long-term relationship owner for your customers. This role blends outbound acquisition, white-glove onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. You are the human face of Fanatics Markets for a portfolio of our most valuable users. This is not a desk-only role. Success requires hustle, persistence, excellent communication, and comfort with high-volume 1:1 outreach - primarily via text and messaging - especially around live events.
