About Fanatics Events Fanatics is building the leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Events brings that platform into the real world. We produce large-scale festivals and live experiences that bring together hundreds of thousands of fans and more than 500 of the world’s top athletes, creators, and partners. Our flagship events include Fanatics Fest in New York City and WWE World during major tentpole weekends. But we are not building just another event series. We are building a long-term platform for sports community, culture, and commerce. The ambition is to turn Fanatics Fest into a defining moment on the global sports calendar. This role will help shape what that becomes by 2030. The Role This is not a traditional strategy role. This is a growth role inside a scaled platform. The Strategy Manager will operate as a force multiplier to the Head of Strategy, serving as both architect and operator while owning high-impact initiatives across the Events business. You will sit at the center of strategy, operations, analytics, and executive communication, partnering directly with leaders across content, talent, marketing, sponsorship, and finance while shaping the future of Fanatics Fest and the broader Fanatics Events portfolio. You will help define what we build, how we measure it, and how we scale it. You will move fluidly between ideation and modeling, between executive storytelling and hands-on execution. You will not simply analyze the business. You will shape it, improve it, and expand it. This role is intentionally designed to grow. As you demonstrate ownership and impact, your scope will expand into broader strategic and operational leadership across Fanatics Events, with meaningful visibility across the Fanatics enterprise. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, high-growth startups, strategy roles, or similarly rigorous environments
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills paired with creative problem-solving ability
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience delivering executive-ready recommendations
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and independently driving initiatives from 0 to 1

Responsibilities

  • Own executive materials and strategic updates for Fanatics Fest and Fanatics Events, driving clarity and decision-making at the highest levels of the company
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership across content, talent, marketing, sponsorship, and operations
  • Define and continuously refine how we measure enterprise value, including media impressions, social reach, Fanatics ONE growth, new collectors created, and cross-vertical impact
  • Lead high-priority initiatives end to end, including new event concepts, international expansion strategy, flagship fan moments, and GTM planning
  • Generate bold new ideas and take responsibility for turning the strongest concepts into reality
  • Improve processes across forecasting, budgeting, KPI tracking, and reporting through stronger systems and AI-enabled tools
  • Partner closely with Finance on ticket forecasts, sponsorship economics, content investments, and ROI analysis, translating insights into clear recommendations
  • Build durable relationships across Fanatics verticals and within the broader sports and media ecosystem
  • Operate with urgency and ownership during cyclical peak periods leading up to major event weekends
