About The Position

With in-person and virtual clinics in multiple states, the company offers evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy, while pioneering relationships with payers to make care more affordable through insurance. By raising the bar on how care is delivered and how providers are supported, we are building a sustainable system that values equity, affordability, and effectiveness. • Effective at driving action across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Analytically strong; able to pull and interpret data, build analyses, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Operationally disciplined; follows through on commitments and maintains continuity across workstreams.
  • Functions effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

  • Develop and maintain diagnostic tools including conversion funnel analytics, geo-level supply/demand balance reports, and channel-level performance tracking.
  • Apply AI tools to support data synthesis, narrative development, and scenario analysis.
