A Marketplace New Business Development Manager , Alliances support s Target+ Marketplace through Strategic Partnership Enablement by e nabling strategic partners including agencies and internal enterprise teams to effectively represent the Marketplace and generate high-quality seller leads. Managing agency partnership programs including new agency acquisition, onboarding and ongoing agency growth initiatives. Develop ing partner enablement programs, training, and toolkits. Creat ing scalable resources to educate partners on Marketplace value and seller profiles. Work ing closely with sales operations to support partner-sourced lead flow. Act ing as the primary enablement point of contact for strategic partners. Measur ing partner effectiveness and optimizes enablement approaches. A Marketplace New Business Development Manager, Alliances supports Target+ Marketplace through Lead Generation Marketing by l eading execution of industry event and marketing initiatives that attract and convert new Marketplace sell ing Partners . Own ing the execution of industry events strategy. Own ing execution of external marketing campaigns . Manag ing Target Plus website strategy and content enhancements . Own ing Development of Marketplace Partner Case Studies and Success Stories . Deliver ing high-quality leads from high-potential partners via 1:Many and 1:1 targeted email campaigns, webinars and educational events. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital sales, business development, or merchandising.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, able to manage discussions with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze and respond to market data, trends, and guest insights to support sourcing strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with corporate contracting and knowledge of basic legal, operational, and financial terms preferred.
  • Experience building and managing a wide pipeline of external prospective vendors / business partners preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketplaces and an understanding of the DTC landscape preferred.
  • Experience in a project management or operational excellence roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage priorities and execute strategies effectively
