As a Marketplace Director/General Manager, you will own the growth strategy for a diverse portfolio of categories, including Computing, Video Games, Toys & Collectibles, Transportation, and more. You will define overall business objectives and lead day-to-day operations to achieve financial targets while delivering exceptional customer and seller experiences. In this role, you will influence and drive initiatives that strengthen marketplace fundamentals—selection, pricing, speed, and discoverability. You will lead a team of Account Managers responsible for partnering with sellers to build and execute strategies that deliver category revenue growth and best-in-class customer experiences. Success in this position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias for action—someone ready to roll up their sleeves on a growing team and build strategies and processes that accelerate the growth of the Best Buy Marketplace. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
