About The Position

We’re seeking a Marketplace Advertising Specialist who sees more than just impressions and clicks. This role is ideal for someone who understands how campaigns connect people to products they trust and thrives on turning data into actionable insights. You’ll work across marketplaces like Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart, optimizing campaigns to drive real results — from visibility and sales to customer trust. This is a hands-on, iterative, and creative role, collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are optimized, measured, and improved continuously.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns (agency or in-house).
  • Strong proficiency in Amazon Ads Console and understanding of KPIs like ACOS, ROAS, TACOS.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with bid automation tools, analytics dashboards, and keyword tools (Helium 10, Pacvue, Perpetua, Kapoq).
  • Familiarity with advertising on social media, Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Walmart marketplaces.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon (Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display) and other marketplaces.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and market analysis to maximize budget efficiency and ROAS.
  • Build and manage campaign structures aligned with performance goals and brand strategy.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance metrics and adjust bidding and targeting as needed.
  • Support bid, keyword, and budget optimization strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve CTR and CVR.
  • Analyze and report on advertising performance weekly and monthly, identifying actionable insights, trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure campaigns align with promotional calendars and business objectives.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
