As our Marketing Workflow Manager, you are the heartbeat of the agency, ensuring our creative team stays productive and our clients stay informed. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including web designers, copywriters, videographers, and marketing strategists, to ensure our work is executed seamlessly. As a successful member of our team, you will: Drive the daily workflow. You’ll be managing the priorities for our designers, writers and strategists, ensuring that tasks move forward every single day Be the ultimate problem solver. When a deadline is looming or a creative block happens, you step in to pivot the team and keep momentum high Translate ‘agency speak’ for our clients. You’ll spend your day on the phone and email, providing proactive updates that make our clients feel prioritized and protected Measure the success of our systems and consistently identify areas for improvement We are looking for a strong leader who can hold themselves and others accountable. When you see something off-track, you step in to fix it You love systems and believe that if it isn't in the system, it doesn't exist Other requirements include: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field At least two years of experience in a marketing agency Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with different personalities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment This is a full time, hybrid role that can be located in any KWSM office – CA, NV, GA
